Great service, fresh ingredients and food, Chef Doug has an exciting new menu, never before seen in Nacogdoches! Attention to detail and excellent customer service, second to none, is present as soon as you walk into the magnificent hotel lobby, like when the GM John McLaren personally stops by your table to say hello, introduce himself and check that everything is up to your satisfaction! I highly recommend the 1st City Cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as the Fredonia Hotel for your overnight stay!

Eating is unbelievable I slap the green chicken enchiladas. Can't go wrong without getting a trifecta. Try also Turkey Panini “My Favorite” Make sure to get truffle friries! By far the best place I am very proud to say that I work here. All around 1. City café is fresh food, comfort food and also just a place where you can have a good time. Try to sit on the terrace.
