we had to stop last week en route to Charente from Beauvais airport due to late flight, wet weather as we already knew of this stop off motorway being well supplied with hotels. In need of somewhere to eat on a Monday night we chose First Grill as it was opposite our hotel was open, what a pleasant surprise.... huge buffet on offer including oysters langoustines, good choice of hot dishes freshly cooked to order choice from the grill. The place was very busy by 8pm, the magret de canard with sauce au poivre was excellent, waitress was friendly helpful, drinks service was fast. Fabulous buffet, all you can eat starters (hint have one round of starters, then order your main course and have another round of starters while you wait), the main course was well prepared and there was a good assortment of vegetable dishes to choose from. If you have any room left there is all you can eat deserts as well! And all at a very good price.
trop de choix tue le choix surtout pour le plat chaud. Tu peux te cuisiner. C'est bien. La formule buffet du soir est un peu chère sans les boissons) mais si vous avez faim, c'est là que vous devez aller. Pas de voyage si vous dormez dans les hôtels. Les dommages personnels sont frais
Really excellent. All you can eat at reasonable price I didn't know it was possible. Various food of quality. We were very happy at the end of the meal. Very advisable if you want to eat well a lot and pay little. It is run by a family .

My wife and my 1 year old asked to go to the toilet. They wanted 4€ for it and redirect her to a public toilet. I only wish they are sometime abroad and face the same situation. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Un bon accueil, mais il serait judicieux d'informer les clients sur le fonctionnement du service. Les plats sont préparés sur place et sont de qualité. Desserts surgelés.

I used to laugh at my friends who only go to Buffalo Grill. Now I know why they go there. My advise is go elsewhere.
