We instantly noticed the breading color on the kids chicken was off and the same on my sandwich. It wasn’t raw but the breading was odd off. Guessing the oil wasn’t hot enough. Burger was really tasty! Fries weren’t exactly to my liking but that’s a personal preference.
This place was amazing! Be prepared to eat. Your french fries are going to come out in a basket that is full from side to side, edge to edge, and bottom the top. They're amazing! I had a burger when I went that couldn't have been tastier. A buddy of mine got the chicken sandwich and had enough to take half of it off to take home with him. I wish I would have thought to take a picture.
I visited First Place Cafe for the first time and was very impressed. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the portions were generous—if you leave hungry, it's your own fault! I ordered the bacon steak burger and fries, and both were cooked to perfection. The burger was just right, and the fries were seasoned beautifully.
