After waiting about 20 minutes for our drinks, we were stuck with an hour and a half wait for our entrees. The servers seemed so embarrassed by the delay that they hardly checked on us. I had to call them over several times just to ask for refills and to find out how much longer our food would take. Essentially, they made it clear that deliveries from DoorDash and Uber Eats were more important than our dining experience. I've never felt so let down by a restaurant before. By the time our food finally arrived, I wasn't even hungry anymore and had to request my entire meal to go. This was a couple of months ago. Went for a quick bite with a friend and her daughter and her boyfriend. We asked questions and the waitstaff seemed annoyed. They gave us time to look at the menu. We kept trying to get their attention to order and it seemed like they ignored us. Finally after practically begging to order they took our order. We received the food. The food was so so. Nothing special. Ordered another drink and never received it but was billed for it. Tonight we ordered take out. Wanted to try different types of wings. Received the order. We had a long wait for a table although people came in same time and were sat quickly, they were served about the same order as our party yet were served and gone by the time our burgers came out. Although I specified medium rare burger not raw, my burger was essentially raw in the center. Our waitress Danielle was slow, and her smile was phony after we had to ask why it took 1/2 hour to get burgers. She corrected us twice on the wording of our order, when we commented on the red cabbage she pointedly told us it’s “purple” )and was too busy imitating Taylor Swift behind the bar rather then checking on our ridiculously long wait Sweet potato fries were great

Kayla provided us with wonderful service and a warm smile while we enjoyed an excellent Cheese Steak Burger and the Big Catch Fish Burger. We will definitely return!
