PREMIUM PRICES FOR GAS STATION FOOD: We ordered 3 steaks and a salad with steak on top. We were told minutes later the Ribeye two people ordered wasn't available on Fridays, so we ordered the 10oz top sirloin and the filet minion instead and were told they don'thave steak at all on Friday... When we looked confused the waitress went to check and corrected it to just Ribeye unavailable. We were not asked how we'd like them cooked so they all came well-done, dry, and tough. The salad came with predetermined dressing that was just oil. The staff was clearly new and not trained, but was polite and kind. The bill was $164 without the tip, which is the price I'd expect at a steakhouse if the food...
First and last time eating here! My Diet Coke didn’t look or taste right. I sent it back and the server said something about the machine not working why would you even serve it then? My daughter had a spot of mold on her hamburger bun!! Like what?? How I saw it in the 2 seconds it arrived on our table and the kitchen staff/server did not is beyond me. Server had the burger remade and brought it back with “extra fries and a percentage was taken off the bill” but the applesauce she was supposed to have was forgotten. Server didn’t thank me after I gave him my card and I was sure to only give him a “percentage” of his tip! Never again will I be back. Just horrible!
We visited the new 2100 Chophouse this last weekend. I've enjoyed this restaurant location many times in the past under a different name. Thankfully they kept the Pasta Bar on Friday nights going. It's a great eating experience that I don't get a chance to enjoy around where I live. If I'm in Alexandria on a Friday evening, I usually go to the pasta bar. We also had dinner there Saturday evening to try the new menu. Food was good at a fair price. Service was slower, but they ended up getting decently busy with multiple large groups and we weren't in a rush.
The atmosphere and service were excellent. The property is great with beautiful views. Our server was excellent, very friendly and polite. I was not impressed with the food. I got the prime rib dinner, the steak was not cook well and it was not fresh. You could see the grey color in the picture. Asparagus was way over cook and salad was unwashed. They were out of mash potatoes and baked potatoes which I was disappointed about. The food could definitely be better.

We came in for breakfast on a Saturday. Our server quickly told us it was buffet only. She brought over coffee-it was ice cold. The food from the buffet was also all cold. Our server, Georgetta, (Sp? was very pushy to get us in and out. She brought the bill within 7 minutes of us being seated and then said I’ll return with change and never did. It’s a nice resort with beautiful views, would not recommend coming here for a weekend breakfast.
Went here for breakfast and the food was like regular continental breakfast, but the bill came out to $50. Food tasted either too overcooked or fresh out the freezer. I’ve had better free breakfasts at the motel 6. The coffee was watered down. Very disappointed that the food didn’t reflect the price. Very bad experience. Never coming here again Dietary restrictions: The diet is restricted to very poor quality food
Ordered filet 'medium rare but on the rarer side ' received a dried out medium filet. Pretty difficult to ruin a filet but it was done here.Our waitress Ashley F. our server, was amazing. She had to deal with 13 people with issues with their food caused by the kitchen) nevertheless Ashley felt responsible. She went above and beyond to make things right.
Stayed at the resort and decided to try the pizza last night. 6/10 too much sauce. Proceeded to the brunch Sunday morning. Eggs were runny, prime rib was tough and dry, the hash brown casserole was the best thing there was. Coffee is decent. Probably won’t be back. For the price I’d expect that prime rib to be cooked correctly…..
