After walking from Palm Beach to Pittwater and back it was necessary to have a reward of a good coffee and nibble. 2108 has a really nice feel to it. Clearly a breakfast/lunch/coffee break place - it is well served by locals. There is a really nice atmosphere here overlooking the ocean beach at Palm Beach. The coffee is really nice and there are some really tasty nibbles to have on the side. More adventurous folk can also have breakfast/brunch. The meals that went past us on the way to tables looked really good. Unfortunately we onu had time to visit twice for a coffee break. Maybe next time we will take in breakfast/brunch.
My husband and I visited Palm Beach today. We went to the above cafe for a lunch. We order two meals, first one came out within 5min. It looked horrible, cold bread, with big slab of chicken breast & slow. We shared one lunch as we had no idea when our second meal was going to arrive. Staff were very rude. Finally got our second meal , it looked like someone totally didn't know what they were putting on the plate. I felt so sick after our lunch. Never again. No star for this place from me. Completely ruin my day at Palm Beach by horrible lunch. Not HAPPY!!!!!
Firstly, can I say that the wait staff looked like something out of Lord of the Flies; not an adult in staff. The poor kids looked panicked and not exactly sure what they were doing. Upon ordering they told us they ran out of bread... Bread! What type of backyard establishment runs out of bread? We ordered 4 meals and two came out. We waited over half an hour before asking a staff member who looked back in bewilderment. Seeing other people who sat down after us get their food and leave before we all finished our meals.

I came here with my friend on a day trip to palm beach, it was freezing and raining day unfortunately the weather gods wasn't good for us. We had a hot chocolate and got to sit out the front on the long couch with blankets it was a perfect little afternoon. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Cant wait to come back again.
Had brunch- it was a little overpriced for what you get! For $12, I expect my muesli to be served in a bowl, not a plastic tub! Just the small things that could make a difference. Location is good, but it is Palm Beach afterall!
Good coffee and brownies. Just replacing and casual. Busy. Good service. Right on the beach front. Seating outside or inside in comfort. Right at the L90 Palm Beach bus stop.
A little gem near the beach. Friendly service and lovely view. When in doubt order the tomato, avocado
and feta, our mid-morning favorite.

We tried the pre made sandwiches, BLT and a ham & cheese - both were perfect for a snack to recharge.
