I recently had the pleasure of dining at a bistro where I was fortunate enough to grab a seat at the bar, despite the restaurant being fully booked. It appears that the place has recently reopened following a change in ownership over the past few months. I love that it's a chef/owner establishment. Decor, design, and delight! It's been years since I had pheasant, and this recipe has rekindled my craving for it! The beet tortellini, Caesar salad, duck fat fries, and fantastic bread were all superb. Combine that with excellent service and lovely music, and you have a wonderful meal with my family. We had an amazing dinner! The service was exceptional; our waitress was attentive and promptly made sure our glasses were full and we had plenty of bread. The food was absolutely phenomenal and surpassed all our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. If you get the opportunity, ask for a table near the barbecue area so you can watch Chef Brian perform his culinary magic!

The food is exceptional, the staff is amazing, and the cocktails are exquisite! I always make it a point to visit whenever I'm in town. It competes with, and may even surpass, some of the best restaurants in Miami!
The scallop crudo was outstanding. I believe we had a chat with the owner as we were leaving, and he appeared to be a really nice person.

I would prefer an à la carte option instead of a set menu since I'm older and cannot eat five courses.
