This is an unassuming village restaurant, but its attention to detail and the quality produce used have made it regionally quite well known and brought about the award of 13 out of 20 on the Gault-Millaut scale. They work mainly with local produce and fish...from the nearby lake, some dishes are traditional and some are quite up to date. The filet de perche or Eglifilets baked in a batter and served with tartar sauce are a swiss classic and I have naver been surved such a light, classy, tasty version. absolutely excellent restaurant. we were here before a week. everything is up. the staff is so friendly, the appetizers and the main thing were of the highest quality, as the wein from twann. the prizes are also ok if they are not here, they go. we will definitely go back.
