Showed up and thereâs no host in sight so we tell a server that we have a reservation and he says âwell I donât know anything about that, Iâll find someone else.â He comes back with another server who seats us and says âEdwin will be your server.â We sat until without even being acknowledged, and when we tried to signal someone that weâd like to at least order drinks they came back and tossed menus on the table and took off. When we first arrived it was kinda weird b/c there was no one to guide us. You enter thru the Melia Hotel and is located about feet straight from entrance. Itâs by the pool so you may sit inside or out, no host to sit you or even check-in. Anyway, Christine the bartender was doing it all, she was fantastic. We could sit anywhere we pleased, all plates on their limited menu are delicious. TVs on each wall clean bathroom nearby. Parking is at no cost. Looking forward to trying out their happy hour, mon-fri, Located in Celebration, Florida.
The waitress was noticeably overwhelmed and didn't notice when the wrong food was brought to our table. After finding her at the bar, the mistake was corrected. Later, when the bill came, she had added three extra soft drinks which were also corrected upon realization. Overall, the food was mediocre and more suitable for a bar setting. Additionally, we were served with disposable cups and plates, which was disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant for Open Table, as it does not live up to the standards typically advertised.
The waitress was really struggling and she did not even realize the wrong food came out to our table. I found her at the bar after minutes and got it corrected. Overall , the food was sub par and it should be considered bar food. We also got served with paper cups and plates I would remove this restaurant from Open Table. This is not the caliber of food or experience Open Table is used to advertising.

The restaurant had a very slow service, taking 2 hours for a party of 6 to receive their food. The pizzas were left unattended when the pizza makers went on break. The staff were friendly, but better management is needed to ensure timely delivery of food to the table.
Really poor turnaround time from order to table. A party of took hours for the entire experience. Pizzas were left without a plan of action since their pizza persons went on break. The folks were very nice but need better management to ensure food gets to the table
Limited menu and very slow service. Food was overall bad and overpriced. Rockefeller oysters were anything close to and I decided not to eat them to avoid getting sick. Nachos soggy and cheese very watery. Hamburger gross, onion rings chewy, flatbread bland
I had a group of 12 people and we were assigned a new waiter who struggled with English. Unfortunately, they had run out of most of the items on their menu by 9:15 pm. This ruined my daughter's 16th birthday dinner.

Under staffed. What a disaster. Ended up leaving. Thanks to the waiter for warning us it was bad and was going to get worse. I would stay clear until you see favorable dinner reviews.
