Update: 04/26/2022 After a review with the management team. We decided to give 4 rivers another attempt. We ordered slim versus damp (too fat) brisket, okra, frits, green beans, Mac and cheese. The shares in Brisket were a little better. The smoke and seasoning is not what we are using with 4 rivers, but the overall taste was pretty good. The frits and okra are kept warmer in a fantasy. Surprisingly, they both tasted quite crispy. The rest of the food was also delicious. As far as the service is concerned, it was never questionable because it was always five stars. Burnt Ends Melt is an absolute MUST! We also enjoyed our brisket and burnt end plates. The house bbq sauce is extremely good, but the hot must fits perfectly with the melt or one of the delicious sandwiches. Ish, the service manager, was very friendly and thorough. He came to our table and checked us towards the end of our meal to see how everything was and we could not have been impressed anymore. 10/10 Experience at this 4 Rivers location. Very recommended!
I'm glad I came and ignored some of the negative comments. It was a great experience. I ordered the Messy Pig with two sides, roasted Okra and Fritten. I have to say it was delicious. I can't have seen a negative thing about the restaurant or the food. The staff were super friendly. I'm back. The picture was taken after I had eaten half of my Messy Pig.
Got the angus brisket plated with Mac n cheese, bbq beans, corn bread and bread pudding. The food was great. Loved the spicy sauce and the mustard bbq. My only complaint was that the food was only warm, wish it was hot! The service was great and the restaurant was clean. The bread pudding was by far the best part!!!
