Had a reservation booked a week ahead, we get there and the girl makes us sit at the bar, (we're only we ask if they have a table and she says no and walks away.. ok.. then barmaid drops my full cup of water on me, she then felt bad and helped us find a table, I understand accidents happen and don't blame her but we shouldn't have been sitting at the bar to begin with. Also they didn't have the shared tomahawk available and offered us a more expensive alternative, overall the experience was bad, you expect to be treated properly in a restaurant of this level especially for the price you pay, but it felt like we were a nuissance, food wasn't great either. never again

We had a beautiful evening. We were warmly welcomed. The service was excellent. The waiter was very helpful in our choice of the wine and side orders he kept our wine and water glasses always full. The food was delectable just the right temperature. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy again a beautiful evening.

Happy that they thoroughly checked our Covid passports. Great table. Excellent service. Had shrimp cocktail and onion soup to start. Filet mignon and Chilean sea bass was the main course. Chocolate soufflé desert. All outstanding. Not inexpensive but a good choice for a special occasion.

Good food but expected better from a restaurant like west. Ordered surf and turf with lobster tail. Filet mignon was perfect but the lobster tail was tiny and crispy....they missed the boat on that one

Another wonderful lunch at Westt! Food and service is always exquisite and attentive, couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate my birthday
