Platos bien preparados y presentados. Hoy he probado unos langostinos crujientes con salsa romescu, croquetas de espinaca, ensalada de codorniz y maggrait de pato con salsa de uvas. Hola! Un lugar alternativo en el centro de Valladolid. Ofrece una gastronomía con un toque diferente e innovador. El trato es adecuado, y un lugar amplio y limpio. Quizá la única pega es el elevado precio por persona.
