The best coffee is available in Green City in the 5 Senses Coffee on the outskirts of the Vauban settlement. Freshly roasted in the in-house roasting from wildly cultivated Arabica beans from Ethiopia or faded with Honduras or India cherry, always with the inevitable organic seal. The latter, for example, does not impress me with the result. Whether mild or medium-solved, you will find a full-bodied result in the cup. They are supported with in-house Barista courses, which the employees undoubtedly have successfully completed. The 5Senses is very modern and at the same time cozy, super friendly staff, the coffee is first cream. All foods and drinks are organic, that is quite natural. Prices are in any case the value of the goods. Sitting outside in summer, it is so relaxed and so delicious that the Wiesentalstrasse does not even bother. I'd like to go. And look forward to welcoming, friendly guests!
Nice café with friendly service. It's a pity that you have to choose some butter and fresh cheese at breakfast, so both should be there. Well... the things are very delicious. The coffee is from its own roasting. The vegan chocolate cake I tried is a hit. The croissant baked with goat cheese is also highly recommended.
