This restaurant needs to make some improvements. The air quality is unbearable! I visited last night to see some bands, and it was incredibly hot inside. Even while standing still, I felt like I was melting! Considering the crowds and revenue this place generates, the air conditioning should be functioning properly. They had box fans placed high up in the bar area, but they weren't effective at all. This is unacceptable! As paying customers, we deserve to be comfortable and taken care of. We're the ones keeping this place in business, spending our money to enjoy good food, drinks, and dancing. But how can we do that when it feels like we're trapped in a sauna?
I can not comment on the food, but I saw my favorite band over the weekend at 5 Sisters and was disappointed we got set up to be cooked. The place did not have the air conditioner running on a hot night with many people. So, I unknowingly paid $50 bucks to sweat it out. The owner should have canceled. I also did not appreciate the fact this establishment would condone charging $10 to go outside, given the situation. It seemed greedy and disrespectful, and I will not be back. It would help if you learned to show compassion for your customers!
The music is way too loud, and the drinks are overpriced. There's even a cover charge just to get in, and when you do, the place is empty. It seems like people only come in when there's a band. The bartenders seem to only pay attention to regulars. They were serving water, but it also felt overpriced! You also have to navigate through a crowd outside just to get in. Ladies, I suggest looking for a different spot nearby—this one isn't worth it. I wouldn't even consider eating here, so I can't comment on the food.
The fish and fries were top notch.Getting them took some time. The bartender responded rudely to my request for an update about my order. When I paid for it, she printed out the receipt, put it inside the booklet and threw the booklet at me.Poor customer service on her part. Reflects poorly on the establishment.

Went to hear band called Soumds of Elegance. They always sound good, have the crowd going. The drinks were good but the awesome bartenders, food is always good. Really enjoyed myself. Parking: There was plenty of parking.
Live across from this place extremely loud base from their music!!!! Definitely disturbing the residents Would be nice if they could turn down their base/sound system or build sound proofing
We had a fantastic time doing karaoke here for my sister's birthday, and I can't wait to return. The interior of the venue is quite elegant; I really love the atmosphere they’ve created!
