The phone order process went smoothly, and we received a call to let us know our food was ready, which felt a bit rushed. Once we got home, we realized that part of our order was missing, prompting us to return to the restaurant. It was a hassle to explain the situation, but they did offer us crab fries as a goodwill gesture for the mistake. Now, regarding the food: we ordered a crab cake sandwich, calamari, buffalo wings, and Ultimate Crab Fries. The crab cake lacked aioli, which made it dry, and it was slightly burnt. I stopped by this restaurant because I was in the area and thought it would make for a nice lunch. Unfortunately, it seems this location is struggling like many businesses nowadays with being understaffed. The shift was mostly run by new summer hires, who appeared quite overwhelmed. We weren't offered any silverware or napkins and had to request them ourselves. Our drinks came out separately, and it took at least 10 minutes to get the extra condiments we asked for. When the food finally arrived, it had that familiar Chickie’s and Pete’s taste, but it was just lukewarm. I had an unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, and the service was disappointing. I had to call the waitress multiple times just to get more water, and we had to request napkins and utensils ourselves. It wasn't even busy, so I was puzzled by the poor service. Even though there were technically two people serving us because one was training, it didn’t seem to make a difference. My soup was lukewarm, and they added oyster crackers without checking with me first, even though I didn’t want them. My husband would have enjoyed them, but he didn't receive any. To top it off, we never got our French fries and had to flag down the waitress again to remind her....
Service absolutely sucks here. when I first arrived here, The fries were served to us cold. The two items that ordered were brought to table were wrong. When brought to the manager's attention not only was she condescending but rude too. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely a big disappointment if looking to go somewhere on a Friday or Saturday night!!! Réservez une table maintenant
The wife and I went mid afternoon, it wasn't crowded. The waitress was good. The problem was the bathroom, every women's stall was out of order except the handicapped stall. The floor was wet and there was no toilet paper. You would think the amount of money this place/company generates they would be on top of the maintenance of their facilities.
Waiters need more customer service training. Shouldn't have to be asked to remove dirty dishes from the table when you are finished. Gratuities should be awarded based on customer service given. Not capped off on party numbers. Food was great fries were a little salty. I will probably consider another location in the future.
Idk, servers were nice and tried to help but the food was cold, beer was warm, and I was agitated by some of the sketchy people sitting around me. If I go back, id try and sit at the bar rather than wait for a table. My dog ate most of our food and LOVED it. Réservez une table maintenant
