This place is a joke. Had to walk into store 3 times after I paid for gas to let them know the pump is not dispensing gas. Was then threatened by the staff member for mentioning such thing. Was all bark but no bite. I didn’t fall for the bait of a minimum wage employee as I have 3 strikes, and want to go home. So after I called him out on his stupidity I let him know why I was being the bigger person and walking away. I did report him to customer relations , I filed a report to hillsborough county sheriffs office to investigate this place and I submitted a report to the United States justice department civil rights division to investigate this place.If you do go here, and receive bad service...

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The manager, who is of Indian nationality, speaks to customers in a very disappointing manner, almost as if they are talking down to them. The car wash machine is also placed awkwardly in the middle of the laundry area, and when I asked about it, they claimed that the car wash I purchased did not include any soap. Overall, this new restaurant has great potential, but the poor customer service leaves much to be desired.

Everything at the restaurant was great, except for the teriyaki meatballs. I would not recommend ordering that dish. Other than that, everything was clean and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was also very positive and pleasant.

Horrible customer service today at 4:50 pm est. The lady at the counter had the worst attitude and started yelling at the customer in front of me. After that she wouldn't even acknowledge me. Not going back here any time soon!
