Just recently, we called in to 8 Lunch Bar for a coffee and slice for a morning tea break. The décor has a friendly atmosphere with comfortable seating available and lounge area in the front window section. We ordered a slice and two coffees to eat in. On the morning we were there, we observed that customers who came and ordered take-away coffees after us, were served before us which was disappointing from our point of view. We had to remind the waitress that we were still waiting for our coffees. The coffee came to us warm and not hot enough for our liking. A small biscotti slice was provided with the coffee. I recently visited 8 Lunch Bar and was disappointed to find that there was a lack of dairy-free and vegan-friendly options available. As someone who is dairy intolerant and vegan, I was unable to find anything on the menu that I could eat. The only option I had was to order a coffee with expensive soy milk. All the food was pre-made and the kitchen staff refused to make something fresh for me. My group, who also had the same dietary requirements, was surprised by this as well. This visit resulted in lost revenue from four meals for 8 Lunch Bar, and none of us will be returning in the future.
A favourite place for lunch, great atmosphere, good coffee and a great selection of healthy lunch options, salads which are different but extremely tasty, wraps, focaccias always great choices. I love to indulge in their home made muffins, never had a bad one yet especially with my coffee fix. Friendly owner and staff and light & airy atmosphere - a place not to miss Mon - Friday.
I am a local who regularly eats here. It is small eatery but everything is made freshly by the owner and everything tastes great. The food ranges from frittatas to wraps but the salads in particular are lovely. Good coffee too. A little away from big shopping centre which is a plus

The lunch selection here is always a treat and a great healthy selection of wraps, salads, and for the sweet tooth home made goodies. The coffee one of the best and the decor nice and relaxing. Scott the Owner continues to delight with his cuisine.
8 Lunch Bar has the best tasting, real food lunches. The coffee is great, the service is always friendly and it is fantastic that they make everything that they sell on the premises. It looks great and is an awesome place to spend a lunch.
Can't rate this cafe high enough. I eat here regularly for lunch and its always amazing... the staff are always so happy and friendly. Best cafe I have ever found by far on the south coast!
This is a comfortable spot to enjoy a coffee, lunch wrap, or a refreshing salad as a break from the usual sandwich routine. There is a lounge area and tables both inside and outside.

We often pop in for a quick take away lunch. The food is fresh, very tasty and the variety and regular menu changes are great and keep our lunches interesting.
