Upon entrance you'll notice it's like a garden very gorgeous seating area and decorations. Also got some heaters sprinkled throughout so even though it was freezing outside it was very comfortable inside. The food we got a tonkatsu and spicy tonkatsu. Both were delicious, not too salty, noodle texture was just right. Thick piece of pork. The spicy tonkatsu was not as spicy as I thought it'd be and I have a low heat tolerance. But it had a kick and was a comfortable spice level for me. I don't think the egg was a soy sauce egg, but that's a small detail for me at least the egg was not extra charge and was a nicely soft boiled. Service was quick and friendly. We started with the fried chicken and bao buns. The bao buns were excellent, while the fried chicken was just okay. For our main dishes, we ordered the Chicken Shoyu and the Tonkotsu ramen. Unfortunately, both bowls had an unusual odor when they arrived. We tried to eat, hoping the flavor would improve, but it didn’t get any better.
Now we’re home feeling uncomfortable and running to the bathroom frequently. It’s disappointing, and while we recognize that things can sometimes go awry in the restaurant business, we felt it was important to provide an honest review. We sincerely wish the business continued success, and we hope to return in the future for a better dining experience.
Got take out for my first trial of 8 Ramen. I was really excited when I got there because they packed the broth separately from the noodles/food so nothing was too soggy. I'd also ordered a side of shrimp tempura and it was crispy and fresh. The broth was Jose tasty but not spicy at all (I ordered spicy). The pork belly was cooked well and not very fatty. I would definitely be back to satisfy my ramen craving.
AMAZING! We arrived a bit late, and although they informed us about it, they still served us. The food was fantastic and bursting with flavor! The service was incredibly kind and very quick. I would give it a 10/10. As for vegetarian options, I requested to have the pork omitted, and they accommodated me without any issues.

Really really cute spot and the food was very delicious and perfectly portioned.I had the Tonkutsu Ramen with extra ChaShu pork ! Also had the Takoyaki for starters, very good. Definitely recommend !!
