Sharing a rather disappointing purchase experience. I called into the store in the morning to place an order for an 8 Mango Brûlée Cake. As advised by the representative, I place the order online instead for pick-up at 5:00 later that day. The order went through and my credit card was charged instantly, An order confirmation email followed shortly. Everything indicated a successful order. However when I went to pick up the order at 5:00 PM, I was told that the order was cancelled at around 4:50 PM due to unavailability of the cake. So basically the order was cancelled 10 minutes before the pickup time! The email for that cancelled order arrived AFTER I was informed of the cancellation verbal...

may not take too much of their broth because they put chemicals in the hand. e.g. to add good smell or coloring, and I don't like too fluffy broth, like hollow inside. normal flour does not make so brot. my conclusion, high price, but bad quality

We frequently order cakes from this restaurant for our birthdays, and they are consistently fantastic! The cakes are filled with flavor, have the perfect texture, and look amazing. The location is also clean and charming.

The Black Forest cake was light and moist, making it delicious. On the other hand, the Blueberry cheesecake was just okay, nothing special.
