99 Pub - Réserver une table

I've got to say that I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered something that I was not happy with and asked if I could exchange it for something else. They happily obliged and did not charge me for the item even though they replaced it. I had no issues paying for food I had eaten. The server was very polite. The manager came out to check what was going on and apologized even though it absolutely was not their fault. The way they handled this situation was very professional. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone. By the way, their fries and Balsamic chicken were amazing! Thank you for handling this in such a way that made me want to return.

I'm a big fan of Pub 99, but I have to admit, I'm really disappointed. Years ago there was a chicken broccoli ziti alfredo entree on the menu that was amazing. One of the best Alfredo sauces I've ever had. They took it from the menu and only recently brought it for a promotion for the boys and girls club. But I came in today and left. I don't understand how something so amazing to produce cheap, to make easy, and what must a decent profit point be removed again. Great company, great food, great service...but still disappointed. Too bad.

Great service. Got cold perpetrator skins and they took all the appetizers from my account and left me the rest. The waiter was great and polite. The manager who looked around was helpful enough to grab a box while the waiter was busy. Great place

Had the $9.99 pot cake and Mango Mai Tai and food and drinks were great and service was on place!!!
