It's clear that they take pride in their service. I’ve noticed how they look out for couples searching for seats, often moving things around so we can sit together. It’s truly impressive how they pay attention to all their customers. I also enjoy a really good Bloody Mary, and I believe Lynn and Beth make the best ones around. On our visit this past Wednesday, we had an amazing meal—my favorite fish tacos and Mike's buffalo chicken sliders were outstanding. Even though we now live in Florida, we still have plenty of family and friends in the area, and we always make it a point to visit the 99 at Four Corners when we’re in town. Stopped in on Monday the 25th to ask about catering orders, a gentleman at the counter, Joe(? Answered all our questions about placing an order and how big everything was platter wise. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up placing a large order of the Boneless Gold Fever and Buffalo Wings... 2 of my favorite dishes from the 99. Can't wait to go back enjoy them when we actually sit done. But everything was ready on time after I placed the order online and was able to pay in person. Thanks to everyone at the 99!!
I waitress Amanda was the absolute worst. There was a long wait for the food which I would normally consider fine. What killed it was her super rude and condescending attitud I tried to order more drinks and water as she came to the table. The wait for food is one thing, I can handle that. I can even handle the place being too busy, for proper service. But the unbelievable bad attitude, the eye rolls and general disrespect I got for her, I can not let go. I won?t ever come back just because of this experience.
I have never had a bad meal at ANY of the 99 Restaurants. I've been many times, for MANY years. Many. I enjoy the menu, and how they update it often. The staff is super friendly!!! Auntie and I were comped here just because Aunties French Fries weren't hot enough. At the time they weren't allowed to bring the food back to the kitchen, so they got Auntie a fresh plate of food, and comped our meals. Wonderful. We are definitely loyal customers! Truck driver from Canada- I have stopped here 2 weeks in a row. I had the Vermont burger one week and the honey bbq chicken wrap last week . Both the food and service was phenomenal. I love coming here when I deliver to Winchester. They have complimentary popcorn and the place is just fun to unwind and watch Sports. It?s very clean as well. I?m delivering there this week and I?m trying a STEAK. I can?t wait! Your Freind from Canada
We went 3 days in a row for lunch this week cause we had a job in the area. Food was great and the service was A . The manager upfront was extremely welcoming and extremely nice. The bartender Nick was on point with everything. He kills it at his job. Great location, will definitely be back soon.
