999 Noodle House - Réserver une table

I get the black bean beef noodles all the time, absolutely delicious, great serving sizes, great prices.Even my dad who is fussy with this sort of food gave it a 9/10, cant understand how this resturaunt hasnt got 5 star rating.

semi-frozen stale rice paper rolls, pastel sauces taste like huh tonight bottle sauce. will go from now on to another place.
