First Last Purchase from them. We love using our local businesses/companies, However, Altamonte Florist was a major disappointment on a few levels! AND I attempted to allow them to rectify or at least acknowledge their mistakes. Left 2 messages for the Mgr NEVER rec’d a return call. The flowers that were SUPPOSED to be delivered on a special day , weren’t delivered until the Following day then delivered were already wiltering when I was asked by the purchaser to provide a photo they couldn’t believe it actually came to my home to see it in person. Much Smaller Not as shown In picture there was to be roses Peruvian Lilly”s I receive some baby bud roses a bunch of carnations again very few even mid to full bloom so it wasn’t very aesthetically pleasing to begin with, but add the browning of flowers the size especially given the purchaser paid in total about $90! Ridiculous! So disappointed we (as well as family/friends) will be giving another area florist our business since the Mgr didn’t care to respond to any of this. I do want to add that both Jessica Michelle both appeared to be kind we’re professional. Purchaser was so livid that they were trashed a very very beautiful boutique was received in its Place from A neighboring florist less the cost twice the size.
I have been using this florist for over 20 years! They make the most beautiful flowers for birthdays anniversary’s or any special occasion! The owner and manager will do whatever it takes to make your order perfect each and every time! Give them a try you will not be disappointed.
