We visited this place during our holiday in Corsica. It is located a stone's throw from what was our accommodation. Artisan products, cheese, salami, wine and much more, all made by them or in the area! Really all very good! Kind and welcoming owner who speaks Italian! I advise! Really super good cheeses. Small tasting style menu but very well prepared and tasty. Air conditioning a thousand too different from the outside. Out of the way because it is halfway between the two east-west coasts and it feels like going to the mountains but for the quality and authenticity it is really worth it.
