A W - Réserver une table

Ordered breakfast via skip the dishes. When my order arrived it was missing two of the hash browns I ordered. I called to let them know. Because of the huge language barrier the manager couldn’t understand what I was telling her. She insisted that the two extra hash browns I ordered were put in the bag and pretty much called me a liar. The part she couldn’t understand is that it was the two has browns that were supposed to come with the order that were missing. Didn’t enjoy being treated like a liar because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. She then said she would send them over as I only live two blocks away. Obviously they never came but was still charged for them. Absolutely horr...

Truly awesome staffs! from the moment I stepped in, everyone was so cheerful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my visit top-notch. Shoutout to the A&W team for making my meal way more than just food – it was a great experience!

The service is typically much slower and less friendly than the Westside Drive location. Today the woman who works there was extremely rude to me blaming me after SHE messed up my order.
