My mother!!!!! It is the first time that I write a review of a restaurant but I do it because the occasion is worth it. I am 47 years old, I eat away from home many days and for work I frequent what are called the best restaurants in Spain. I had never eaten like this in my life. Humble but charming place in the mountains of Madrid. Service more than correct and great kindness. Excellent quantity and quality. I will remember this place all my life and talk about it as the perfect restaurant. I am running out of words to define the experience we have had. Simply incredible... Very decent site with the service of a young guy who is a crack, very friendly and always pending. Rich food but I don't give it a 5 because the cuttlefish was small and above all hard and you have to take care of those details, the rest of the things we tried, including desserts, were very good.
