Aakash is the largest Indian restaurant in the world and I live within it's delivery area. Although, even if I wasn't within it's catchment area I'd still make the effort to travel into Cleckheaton, just outside Bradford, to taste their food.The huge restaurant is big enough to have it's own coffee shop in the entrance, along with two big function rooms. The food is exquisite, every dish I've tried from Aakash has been a wonderful experience. Cooked to perfection, the portions are generous and the flavours ooze out of every bite. The staff are just as attentive of take-away and delivery orders as they are in the restaurant. If there's any confusion or delay you'll get a phone call to clarity...

Glad to hear this place is finally shutting down! They literally took food from the tables at my sons 1st birthday party early and packed it into plastic containers so they could serve it later in the buffet. No wonder so many people complain of food poisoning. When I complained I was met with a wall of silence as others have experienced. They had no intention to make things right after the event and denied any wrongdoing claiming they had to remove the food to make provisions for the next event later that evening. Good riddance, as they say, what goes around comes around!
Had dinner at this restaurant. The buffet was okay, but there was an overwhelming amount of chicken in nearly every dish. Recently, the restaurant has decided to stop serving alcohol permanently. However, there is no information on their website or at the restaurant notifying customers of this change. The spices used in the dishes seemed to be toned down to cater to a child's palate. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it's for a kids' party. Réservez une table maintenant
Ate dinner here Buffet ok, but chicken chicken chicken in just about every dish. This restaurant has just stopped serving alcohol on a permanent basis but there is nothing either on their website or at the restaurant to tell you this.Spices dumbed down to children's level. Wouldn't recommend except for a kids pa rty
after a return visit with friends we had a great experience eating was really tasty and for a buffet was nice and hot knocked out a star, as they no longer sell alcohol, not sure whether they can take themselves, but ultimately it is not necessary and the pepsi max was before place.
