Avoid this airport option. Just an awful experience all around. I took clients here before boarding a flight and was beyond embarrassed. Our food came several minutes before our drinks. We had to ask for them to be delivered.I didn’t find out until the other guests’ food came out that they were out of my meal.I had to ask again for our drinks. Only half were delivered. We had to flag someone down another few minutes later to ask about the last drink and it wasn’t until then that we were told that they were out of that beer. At this point we are more than halfway through our meal.Nobody checked to see how our meal was or if we needed anything additional. We asked for water and it never came....

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this has really soured the taste of the evening.Food Drink was ordered, 1 hour later it hadn 't arrived.Couldn 't query through the order/terminal delivery app, so had to travel across the terminal to get any details. The staff 's first response was oh it 's a delivery? that 's not really my area , eventually going to find the food, it was found sitting at the window and had gone stone cold and was missing the drink.Upon discovering this, they offered the item in the state it was, When querying the state of the food, they took it back and asked the kitchen to just add some fresh fries . $30 for a steak sandwich that 's been sat at the window for an hour? What...

Food was good, only positive. No service less being seated and food delivered. No water, although they have plenty of glasses with the place settings. $92 for breakfast for 2. **** Mary $19) was about a 6oz drink. Don't mind paying more in an airport, but felt a bit ripped off. Couldn't find a regular coffee on the menu???? No regular paper menu, everything has to be ordered thru an online menu. Should have known, any airport restaurant that isn't packed, is empty for a reason.

Just don’t go. It’s disgusting and absurdly overpriced which I know is the norm for the airport but still. I got plastic silverware with my $60 one glass of wine and horrendous pasta. I had to pour my own water at the bar out of a pitcher because I’ve been sitting here for over an hour and not one person has asked me if I need anything. See the filth in the photo next to me. But thanks for asking me to tip 25% beforehand so they can do absolutely nothing! TERRIBLE Réservez une table maintenant

This restaurant in the airport is pretty average when it comes to food. I was期待ing a great experience since it's labeled a "steakhouse," but it turned out to be just another casual eatery. I ordered the Penne a la Vodka, Bone-in NY Strip, and Iceberg Wedge Salad. To make matters worse, we didn't even get real silverware; we had to use a plastic knife to cut our steak! Additionally, there’s no true table service here; you have to order your food and drinks online.

Had breakfast here twice. It is weird trying to eat steak and eggs with a plastic knife. I also expected more from the food since this is a steakhouse. It wasn't a great cut of steak and it was priced more than the other restaurant just up the corridor. With the price and claim I expected a great steak and eggs. This was just normal.

Not the fault of the staff, but understaffed and short-handed for cleaning up between customers. Had to ask for a fork, napkin and water once I got my food. Ordering only on app QR code, which jammed for about 5 minutes…. Ordered a rigatoni with guanciale, but it had no guanciale. Was too tired to complain.

Wow, just wow. I can hardly express how awful the food was. Not to mention, the price you pay for it! Do yourself a huge favor and choose one of the more casual dining options instead. I've never had spaghetti that tasted so unappetizing; it was even worse than a TV dinner that you accidentally overcooked. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was terrible and overpriced, and the customer service was lacking. Instead of ordering directly from a staff member, you have to scan a QR code. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience and not worth the money.

You have to Pay first. After that the waitress said the Drinks are Not available. Didnt got my Whole Money Back. The 29$ Spaghetti carbonara was also served cold. nothing Good about this Restaurant!
