Absinthe Bistro - Réservation de table

Absolutely loved this place. Being French Canadian and having been in Paris, this place gave me everything I wanted to have that French bistro experience. The staff are excellent and were able to work around my mother in laws onion allergy (Yes us french love our onions so you could imagine the curve ball she gave them here haha) and were always checking on our table after each course to make sure everything was good. The food is one of the best dinners I have had outside of France, I would have paid double the price! I cannot wait to go back and am so glad I chose this restaurant to celebrate my 28th birthday with my out of town family.

We decided to indulge in Absinthe for New Year's Eve 2016 after some friends recommended it to us. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food; each dish was a mouthwatering delight, starting with the beef carpaccio, followed by the duck leg confit, and ending with the crème brûlée. The service was attentive and friendly, and the timing of the food delivery was spot on. Absinthe Bistro has definitely made our short list of places to revisit!

A true display of finesse from beginning to end! Starting with a delicious and delicate melon gazpacho, followed by succulent duck confit, and finishing with a crème brûlée that had a perfect silky texture, the meal was exceptional! We felt like honored guests throughout our experience, and the kitchen choreography of the chef and sous chef was a sight to see! Thank you!

Went for a Birthday dinner. It was the perfect end to a special day! The food was outstanding, the service was excellent and attentive. Finishing off our meal with Absainthe liqueur from a very cool water “drip” at our table. Looking forward to our next visit.
