The owner of the restaurant is incredibly rude and impolite. The problems consistently stem from her (Ching), not the staff. She tends to speak condescendingly to customers and fails to acknowledge your arrival. The woman who manages the restaurant is undoubtedly the worst in the area. Improving customer service skills would be beneficial for your business. As for the food, it’s merely average. There are much better Thai options in Old Bridge, which is less than 2 miles away.
The food at this restaurant was great unfortunately I am giving this place a 1 star review for the lack of communication. On Saturday July 23 2022 I ordered a tea with milk and i had asked for less ice with my beverage. The shocker to this situation was that i was charged more money for asking for less ice now tell me if that makes sense. If i was told in advance it would?ve been a different story but the lady said screw my wallet I?m just gonna charge this young man more
Loved our meal here. Their tag line says ?made with love?. Not only is the food made with love, it?s also served with love. The lady who was serving us was amazing! I am vegetarian and even though they don?t have a lot of veg options on their menu, I still ate quite a bit. This place is great! We had the chicken satay, and it was delicious. My daughter had the iced tea, and she liked it. I ordered shrimp pad Thai and it had a lot of shrimp and it was not dry, which we like. My daughter got the smoked and sweet chili fried rice, and it was not too spicy. The service was excellent! Everything about Absolute Thai is absolutely fantastic! My kids adore Thai food, so we order from there often, and we are always satisfied! Today, they surprised my son with a special message/dish to make up for an error in a past order. The service is exceptional! This is the best Thai food around! This place is awesome!
I tried the Tom Yum Soup and was really disappointed. It’s quite a departure from traditional Tom Yum Soup. I hate to say it, but in Thailand, this soup is usually served with noodles, and the mushrooms and chicken are cut into smaller pieces. Plus, it's much spicier than what you get here!
Enjoyed the lunch at this place I had the vegetarian thai basil fried rice and wife had the chicken version. Both were excellent spice levels can be adjusted. Also got the complimentary soup and it was yummy. Plates and cutlery were clean. Lots of parking space is available.
Hosted a party there for lunch. Excellent food and great service! Both June and Thanya worked well with me planning the menu. Had lots of vegan guests and they were very happy with the food. Definitely worth the five stars! Réservez une table maintenant
