Authentic Arab cuisine, with many vegan options. The escarole esfiha certainly rates among the best sfihas I've had, both before and after going vegan. I also enjoyed the kibbeh and the falafels, which had an added crunchiness because they had clearly been fried on that same day. The attendant, a vegetarian of Lebanese heritage, helped us and explained that the establishment always pushes for more veg options.

all have options that are naturally vegan, like the falafel snack, but they went beyond, have goshen options and make tofu chicken snack, have vegan coxinha, they know what is veganism and make snack the way you want, including with chips inside. my favorite is called haura v which is the tofu snack on the plate with goshen chicken. and the portions are large, I usually like small snack.

Unfortunately they were not able to bring the order I ordered. I ordered vegetarian wine leafs and they brought the meaty ones. But I told them and they replaced. The tabule, babagamoush and the wine leafs where all delicious. Maybe it's better to tell them that you're vegan on the first hand as they don't concentrate when taking the order.
