I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. As a picky eater, I was pleasantly surprised by how stress-free, enjoyable, and satisfying my meal was. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, particularly when it came to answering my questions about the menu and recommending the Ethiopian coffee, which was delicious. It was the best and freshest coffee I have ever tasted. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
I have tried several Ethiopian restaurants and this place is the best by far. The food is absolutely delicious, especially for vegetarians and vegans. The staff, especially the lady at the front counter, are always kind and warm. The interior design of the restaurant is also beautiful. They even offer vegan baklava, which I have never seen anywhere else. I absolutely love coming here and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys flavorful food and a pleasant atmosphere.
This was a great place! The interior is very clean and wonderfully decorated, with holiday music playing in the background giving a cheery festive feel. We ordered the abeba gomen (breaded cauliflower) starter, a veggie platter, and a meat-veggie combo platter, which was enough for a filling meal for four people. The food was all very delicious!

Loved the service and the quality of the good. The 8 serving veggie sampler was excellent, especially the 3 types of lentils. They have the spice level at medium to mild across all dishes Make sure to go with a friend or group of friends so that you can try everything and of course make sureto dig in with your hands (don't use any utensils!
Absolute perfection... in a warm, cozy and unassuming setting. This place is the real deal, without the big price tag of fancy Ethiopian restaurants in the DMV area. All 8 of the veggie dishes were amazing. The meat was also fantastic. I couldn 't ask for anything more. SO happy this place made it through Covid and I can 't wait to go back!
