The customer service is awful. The owner berates his cashier in front of customers, when confronted about wait times, he refuses to look at and speak to the customers, instead he tells the cashier to talk you when he's clearly right there. They lie about wait times and keep you sitting there for way longer than expected. When confronted about the wait times and cold food, the owner dismissed me. Full menu is never available and sometimes they have very few options. I've been 4 times, but I'm never going there again.
Una maravilla el pollo ahumado que hemos comido ahí. Igualmente las salsas que acompañan al pollo muy ricas. Lamentablemente no tenían Brisket disponible, que es a lo que íbamos, ni tampoco costillas de ternera, pero habrá que volver al probarlas. El sabor ahumado Texas style sublime Volveremos!
