Su chef, Xanty Elías, ofrece una cocina creativa, digna de una estrella Michelín. La carta varía según la temporada, pero te recomiendo pruebes el menú degustación Acanthum. No es barato (unos 40-50€ por persona) pero merece la pena darse un homenaje de vez en cuando para vivir toda una experiencia gastronómica en cada bocado. Ha conseguido su Estrella Michelin en 2015.

I've been very disappointed. the quality of the shrimps of one of the dishes, which leaves much to be desired, did not smell very fresh precisely (and are in huelva.) precipitation service, which we were not treated. its chef, ksanty elías, offers a creative cuisine, worthy of a michelin star. the letter varies according to the season, but I recommend you to try the tasting menu acanthum is not cheap (approximately 40-50€ per person) but it is worth paying a tribute from time to time to live an entire gastronomic experience in each bite has gotten its star michelin in 2015. visit to the capital huelva, we ate in acantum. in the letter there were three types of tasting menus of 29-40 and 60 euros) and a separate letter. It looked like a highly studied offer for all customers. good atmosphere and beautiful decoration. to highlight an Iberian and exquisite cake , choco , risotto of sea ortiga and a very professional carrill.
