Everything was just bad in this place.First room you couldn't even open the window. Lighting in the rooms. ZERO.Just one socket on one bedside for charging laptops.You have to leave one light on to be able to charge your phone.The room(we exchanged,)were both dirty.you have to ask on the reception to have your room cleaned and change of towels.The was leaking when takin a shower and if you are more than 1 80m Just be sure you can't stand straight when takin a shower.(this was the case with my husband..the rooms are too loud you could actually hear what is going on in other rooms and Clearly the photos of the net are so much edited the hotel doesn't look like it in the actual sense..Oh just...
There is NO Tesla destination charger here! Please remove it from Google for future guests like us... We arrived to our booked night at the Michel Hotel with 4% battery and 2 little tired children in our backseat of the car. No charger at all. No service to help us out. At the Michel Hotel in the morning the lady said Yes I know, they should remove it from google . Zero stars. We specially booked a hotel in Heppenheim because of the destination charger on google.....
Upon arrival at 11:20 the hotel was closed (although we had a confirmed booking). After 3 calls with the hotel and 45 minutes later the very unfriendly night porter shows up and we finally get a room. The hotel website mentions their reception is 24 hours open and in our booking we specifically mentioned we would be a late arrival. All by all a very unpleasant experience. The breakfast was good and staff in the morning were friendly.
It was good I would stay there again the food was nice, the location was very busy though, wifi was paid it was 20 euros , the rooms were nice except for the part that there was three beds for 4 people as a family but other than that the staff was nice it was a good hotel . Would recommend to stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 Nights. Very unfriendly staff at the Reception. Rooms were not very clean lots of dust all over and mouldy bathroom. Breakfast was ok, however, if you are coming at 9am some parts are already gone (e.g. no longer any orange juice or hot chocolate). Would not stay here again.
Beautiful hotel overlooking a village straight out of a fairy tale. Rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. If I'm ever in Germany again I will try my best to visit the Michel Hotel Heppenheim again!!
very clean, great breakfast, a few steps away from old town square a bit too close to the road so there's some noise in the morning
Not up to mark, bad smell in the water, it’s really tough to take shower
