Acoustic Cafe - Réservation de table

Just called in an order for 2 ?Hot hoagies? and arrived at the cafe to pick them up and was asked the question ?Do you want us to heat them up?? I was confused because I thought they were hot hoagies and they would be hot when I picked them up so I said no? the cashier and person behind the counter both started laughing at me, presumably because I was confused about the question. Felt very degraded and like I wasn?t welcome there. I know y?all are some college students just

This place is always fill with students and paying customers. One male employee stated the students can camp here until closing shift, without as a paying customer. The sign says otherwise to limited seating capacity for others. The table wasn't clean, the place is always fill with students. There are occasions I had to sit on high chair or outside table. I rather spend my money else where to dine in.

This place has a relaxed vibe and is an excellent spot for studying. They have several advantages over other cafés in downtown Eau Claire: they're open later than most, and their food and bakery selection is fantastic (with items made fresh until closing). They also serve the best blended dirty chai I've ever had! My only wish is that they had more comfortable seating.

This was my first visit, and as the saying goes, "first time's the charm." I genuinely have no complaints about this place. The staff was friendly, and the food was surprisingly delicious. I loved the warm bread for the sandwiches. The prices were reasonable and definitely not expensive. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed! Réservez une table maintenant

I just finished placing an order for my family, and I found out they don't accept American Express. The girl at the counter mentioned, "I guess we should have a sign about that." That would definitely be helpful. I also offered to pay with a check, but they don't accept those either. I left politely, but I won’t be returning.

I have been visiting this place for years because of its music, ambiance, desserts, and chai. The hoagies and chili certainly lived up to the hype. Honestly, the bread is outstanding. Even though it was extremely busy, the staff was friendly and efficient.

The bathroom is somewhat cool, rating it at 4.5 out of 10. The smell is pleasant, so I would give that a 7 out of 10. Overall, the cleanliness of the bathroom stands at a 6 out of 10. However, the door's placement is not ideal...
