I participated in a group tour called Honor Flights, which I highly recommend to all veterans from World War II and beyond, at this Hilton Hotel. The breakfast featured a standard self-service buffet with items like sausages, bacon, and scrambled eggs. It was pleasant, but nothing remarkable. We didn’t have lunch at the hotel. Dinner consisted of hearty dishes (chicken breast one night and short ribs the next), but there were no other options available. During my vacation in Maryland, I stayed at the Hilton, where this restaurant is located. It's an ordinary American eatery. I ordered the Impossible Burger with sweet potato fries, and it was just average. My family tried the jerk wings and bang bang shrimp. They found the jerk wings so off-putting that they compared the taste to perfume and sent them back to the kitchen! As for the bang bang shrimp, it was also average. This restaurant mainly offers convenience since it's inside the hotel, making it a good option if you don't want to venture out for dinner.
The food was great. The service was absolutely horrible. They were not busy at all and the bartender had to be pulled away from his phone, tv, etc to even get the most basic of things. Do not recommend and wish I walked to the neighboring hotel to eat. Never even offered another drink when clearly mine was empty. I don't usually leave negative reviews but certainly warranted in this case.
If you're flying out of BWI and want to avoid chain restaurants like Chili's or Cracker Barrel, this is a great spot. I had a perfectly cooked NY Strip, and my bartender, Christina, was absolutely delightful. She really made my night! This kind of attentive service is what the restaurant industry is often lacking. If you find yourself near the Baltimore airport, this restaurant is a decent choice. The service was good, but not outstanding. The food was enjoyable, although it didn't quite stand out. The atmosphere, however, could use significant improvement; it just didn't create a welcoming vibe.
Atmosphere is a little different nothing on the walls, seems formal, but bar like loud music was playing. We had the blue crab flatbread. Very good. Pizza with spinach was average. Server was nice and attentive, even though she was busy. Typical hotel restaurant. Pricy, but convenient.
Known as the greasy spoon, this place hasn't changed its frying oil in weeks, and the food is often served cold when it should be hot and hot when it should be cold. I fell for it this time, but I will definitely not be returning!
Stayed here for military duty while guarding the Capital. The staff was amazing and the food was excellent. I had great breakfast everyday and I also had an awesome cheeseburger. Chef Sam and his crew were awesome!!

Breakfast service is a joke, they offer what they want, staff told me to go get my own refill on coffee, it was empty. Only than did they refill it. Would recommend going 2 minutes up the street to Cracker Barrel.
