Eggplant Parmigiana was finely shaved and fantastic, the roasted half chicken; cooked perfectly and deboned, the lobster salad, one word, “amazing”, and the chicken piccata had its garnish of capers and lemons! Desserts? “But, of course!” Cremebrulee, flourless chocolate, cake Tiramisu, bread pudding and a puff-pastry Napoleon...

I will return very soon for breakfast. The Joy Silver brunch was not only organized, the buffet was appealing to the eye and delicious! Amiable staff.
