You must come here. It is hard to find as it is off a hallway inside a building off the main shopping street just one block parallel from the lakefront. Well located, really. As you can see from the pics, it’s a medium-sized homey restaurant good for families, group of friends, couples solo diners (like myself). It is fairly priced (being Switzerland, that is). The copper pizza over is the centerpiece of this casual eatery. In addition to dining in, from the boxes stacked by the pizzaiolo, they must do a robust take-away business. I asked for a glass of a local chilled white and was served a delicious Chardonnay (less sweet than American Chardonnays). Loved it. Asked for a glass of sparking...
The ambient is good but the pizza is simply terrific a true neapolitan pizza. I chose the Maria pizza (sammarzano tomatoes, basil, fior di latte) with the carbon dough with the crust filled with ricotta. It was simply amazing. The dough was really light and the ingredients were absolutely first class. I still have in the nostril the flavor f the fresh basil. If you go for dinner a reservation is strongly advised.
We ate here because local reviews said it was celiac safe. They have four different crust options for their pizza, gluten free being one of them. I got a pizza and paid the extra 5 CF for the Gluten Free crust. Within an hour I had a headache and nausea, and we all know things get worse from there. Being rather sensitive to cross contamination I wouldn't risk going here in the future.

Acqua e Farina has an authentic Neapolitan menu with great pizza and other dishes. we started with fried mozzarella balls (American style), Aperol Spritz and a Negroni cocktail. The pizzas are very tasty and very affordable for Swiss standard. we liked it a lot and we'll be back .
It was our second visit. Despite going on Tuesday evening, there were a lot of people and we had to wait a little, but the staff quickly guided us to our seats. I felt that the staff's service was better than a few years ago and the taste of pizza dough was always delicious!
I don't know if it's considered authentic or not, but I had one if the best pizza's I have ever eaten here. Staff was friendly and professional, food was delicious, prices were average, the same as you would expect in Switzerland but not as high as in Zurich.
