I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly rude; when I called to place an order, I was told to come to the store instead. Then, the person hung up on me and refused to answer my calls afterward. They’ve definitely lost my business. I put in a lot of effort to earn my money, and I don't want to spend it at a place that doesn't appreciate customers. I suggest they consider taking some customer service courses, as they wouldn't be successful without their patrons.
My second time visiting this establishment. The wings are pretty good. Probably will come back in the future.Parking: You would have to park in the Walmart parking lot. The parking in front of this establishment is not a good place to park unless you're in and out quickly.
I get tired of calling repeatedly just for them not to answer. I visually witnessed them stand right next to the phone and not pick it up while doing absolutely nothing. It’s sad how bad service has gotten over the years. If you don’t want to work just stay home.
This food is so good their wings are the best especially the honey lemon pepper or the mild wings there customer service is great when you walk in it's just a nice vibe with the music playing and they just dance laugh while taking your order they are just nice

I called them on the phone surprised they even answer because they never pick up and the owner had a nasty attitude and sighed like every minute of us being on the phone and i only asked for 2 10 pc wing combos in person they are nice and efficient though
They serve the best cheesesteaks I've ever tasted. The service is friendly and welcoming, and there's always laughter in the air. Plus, the food is consistently hot and fresh.
Lemon pepper wings were really good. Not overwhelming of seasoning on chicken, just the right amount. French fries were cooked just right! Wished I ordered a large amount.
The only reason I went was for the lemon pepper wings, which my friend absolutely loves.
