Just back from a long haul business trip, I almost cancelled our reservation in favour of sleep. I am so glad we did not cancel! This restaurant is amazing. To start with the booking process is well organised, with option to let the restaurant know of any comments. My husband let them know I am vegetarian. On the day of the reservation we received an email checking we still planned to dine. When we arrived for dinner we were greeted by the owner/chef and his partner. The restaurant is elegant and intimate, with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. We were seated and given a welcome drink. We were given excellent advice on wine and food. ha sido un gran placer descubrir este gran lugar en platja d’Aro. Fuimos recibidos con un vaso de cava y algunas aceitunas cortesía de la casa. Compartimos algunos platos, cada uno mejor. un muelle de un solo millo en tuetano vegetal y hongos salados especulativos, un notable cañón de pollo y para mí la estrella de la comida, los cuero cabelludos con hummo y jamón ibérico. un plato para recordar. También destaca el postre, muy fino mijo con crema de mango, muy ligero y acompañado de frutas rojas. para terminar, buena recomendación de digestivos, con referencias nacionales y también centroeuropeas, desde donde provienen los gerentes locales. Felicitaciones por el proyecto. ¡Volveremos!
Our restaurant experience here was heads and shoulders above anywhere else we ate in the area. The restaurant itself is small and elegant. The service was impeccable, including the advice on food and wine. We were here with our two young teens and they enjoyed it as much as we did. The food was as good as anything we could eat at a five star NYC restaurant but also the plating was a treat we don’t often take pictures of our meals but some of the pictures from here will make it into our holiday photo book. And do not miss dessert however full you are!
Toda la comida fue espectacular. tienes que reservar sí o sí, porque apenas están disponibles. Es un pequeño restaurante con un solo chef y un único barman, por lo que toma un poco de tiempo para servir los platos, pero la verdad es que no nos importaba y valía la pena. We have been together to enjoy the weekend and have been looking for something different and delicate to eat. in ta we find very good opinions of this restaurant and we are wrong. ideal to go as a couple. very well presented food and quality preparation. We have a lot of attention received and so close to the owners.
lugar muy acogedor con excelente comida y atención. Nos recibieron con un vaso de cava y un exquisito aperitivo. Pedimos que los cuero cabelludos y el pastel de atún de entrantes y bacalao y pato magret fueran el principal y fue un éxito. la carta no es extensa y debe ser por qué lo que ofrecen es risa! ¡Hemos encantado, de lo mejor en el plato de anillo!
Restaurante excelente, carta pequeña pero TODO buenísimo, súper elaborado y se nota que esta hecho con cariño, cada detalle del plato, cada elaboración, es espectacular. La atención al cliente, el ambiente, todo de 10. Con ganas de volver. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo, por este restaurante tan único que habéis construido!!
