We had lunch there 3 times and the actual food and views were fantastic. However, the service was a bit chaotic and sub par. We had to pay up front, which was no problems but half the table got their food and the other half did not come. We had to ask so many times and the other food only came when the first half the group had finished. This only happened once, both other times were good.

During ski holiday we spend a couple of times in the Adler Lounge. Not in the restaurant itself but on the upper floor where there is a private lounge.this is really a great place to stay with an amazing view on the mountains.Friendly staff, good food, nice audience, what else do you need for a perfect day in the alps ?

We had lunch on several occasions in the Adler lounge. The views are fantastic all around, but the highlight is of course the proximity to Austrias highest mountain; The Grossglockner. Food and service were good and it must be the best place for lunch in the Kals-Matrei ski area. Kaiserschmarrn were tops!

If the wheather is clear, you can see up to 60 mountains over 3000m in the Alps. Besides that, the kitchen is a good mix of local and international kitchen. A very tasty Tom Ka Kai or the local Kaiserschmarren is all available.
