This slightly renegade little vessel sails blithely on, veering wildly off course with its cargo of nautical china ornaments and foreign banknotes, and devoted local crew, not to mention ship's dog Guinness. a drink! wow, what a great experience. landlady tracy was so inviting. they made me rehearse a few dinners, lasagne and hut cake freshly cooked they were amazing. had a few drinks in a great atmosphere and was presented with a meal to take them away when we were gone! overall great atmosphere and good people we will soon see again. p. her dog “Guinness” liked me haha! total beautiful people a place to visit in the did!
on Sunday for lunch. choose the Sunday roast, although extensive menu was available. the dinner served huge, neat house roasted kartoffels along with a beautiful selection of fresh vegetables. many meats and yorkshire puddings and the gravy was to die... highly recommend a visit, as a warm welcome is given to all that go through the door
for a few drinks and to watch the football and we went out for a few minutes and they then went to say we can't come back because we don't drink. in our understanding we ordered drinks. shocking service....bath atmosphere. we were the only ones in there. in a pub on the street and they said how they apparently hate all their customers.
