I placed an order for over $130 owners calling me and saying because they are busy, I will have to wait until my order is delivered very rude and mean! Especially because I spent so much to promote his institution. He continued to say that we would not get our order by 5 pm, even so my children were very excited about the order so that I still agree to wait and not cancel my order. He calls me back because I ordered thru Grubhub and says we're too far until they won? He said they were so busy that they could not make our order, but he had time to contact Grubhub for some reason to cancel my order! Even though it was too far, this was not the first reason for its poor professionalism and treatment of a paying customer in this way. That was my first experience with this restaurant and I am glad it will be my last. Would I? ve traveled when the service and the food was worth it, but this man treated us like us?ts important. Not what you say, but how you say it. I wish I could give negative stars.
I ordered a dozen of them. The last two times the pizza was delivered cold. I called to them and instead of apologising, I get an excuse after another. You even have the blame for not living nearby. Before this order I even didn't ask them to deliver a cold pizza and they said?don? do we have you? Yes, if they have me, they've deceived me again. Terrible service. Too bad the pizza is run so well by people who don't know how to run a business.
Is there a zero star. IF YOU WANT RUBBERY FOOD EAT HERE. Waited 3 hours literally for the food and paid $80. They refused to make it right after calling them. They said We had a ton of bad orders come through but it cost us money to deliver and we can 't refund EXACT QUOTE. If you want to be scammed order here. Look at the photo. I couldn 't bite the crust.
We were recommended Adrian?s Pizza Factory while filming our ?Best Slice in Jersey? episode and I am happy we were! Very creative slices I especially liked the balsamic chicken slice! The owners also own the Mob Burger brand and incorporates the burger into some of the slices.
