This bakery is a true treasure. It’s sophisticated, artistic, and of the highest quality. I had a tight schedule to prepare a cake for a birthday party, and I brought in my design. They offered me great options, including fondant and photo cakes, and the result completely surpassed my expectations. I chose the white almond cake with chocolate ganache filling, which was simply divine. If you want to impress, this should be your go-to bakery! And while I was there, I couldn’t resist picking up their gooey sugar cookies... they are absolutely heavenly. These bakers are the real deal!

I want to join the many fans who rave about this bakery. We ordered a cake for my parents' 75th wedding anniversary (and no, that's not a typo) celebration. The entire ordering process was done over the phone, and the staff were very helpful in guiding us through all of our options. The marble cake with vanilla buttercream frosting was exceptional. Even two months later, our guests are still talking about how amazing the cake tasted and looked. I will definitely order from here again.

I'm leaving the state in a month, but I couldn't be happier to have found this cake shop! It's a cake shop that makes you want to visit again and again because it's delicious no matter what cake you eat! Thank you so much for making Japanese cakes here in America. I love cakes from this shop!

Best wedding cake ever! So thankful I chose Sugako to make our cake. The buttercream was the best and we loved how she did the birch bark. Had chocolate and vanilla cupcakes for the guests, who all loved them! Definitely recommend A’Fondant! Réservez une table maintenant

We had an amazing experience ordering a same-day cake. We specifically requested a strawberry shortcake, and they truly came through. It was absolutely delicious! We received numerous compliments on the cake. I highly recommend it!

We ordered a strawberry birthday cake. Quite tall so the 7 inch cake was more than enough for a party of 8 adults. Just the right amount of sweetness. The cake was super soft and tasty. Will order again!

This cake is the best I've ever had in Michigan. It’s the same as Japan's top level shortcake.
