When we arrived there was no staff around so we waited and after 20 minute mutes I had to go to the bar where I was told she was very busy and would get to us which she did 10 minutes later. We sat in the bar to have a drink but 30 minutes later I had to go to look for a member of staff. There were none in the restaurant. Back to the bar! OKAY MY REVIEW IS ABOUT OPEN TABLE NOT CROWNE PLAZA. We turned up at the allotted time to find that there was no booking has it hadn't fed down from Open table to the restaurant. After speaking to the chef they were very apologetic and advised they weren't able to do afternoon tea due to weddings taking place and not having the correct ingredients to make the tea. they offered a 50% voucher for a return visit but has I am local and it was a special treat for my daughter I declined. Instead has we were staying for dinner we took a offer of a bottle of wine. The staff were really friendly and service was excellent just a shame Open table didn't send the booking.
Okay, I just want to say it's not about the table. we made ourselves to the forgiving time to find that there was no booking it did not feed from open table to the restaurant. after the talk with the cook they were very apologetic and recommended that they were not able to take place in the afternoon due to high times and not the right ingredients to make the tee. they offered a 50% credit for a return visit, but I am local and it was a special tasty bite for my daughter I rejected. instead we stayed for dinner we stayed a offer of a bottle of wine. the personal was really friendly and service was excellent just a canned open table not to send the booking.

the booking was not found at the kronplatz, which led to a late meal. a member was milk-free, which meant that there was no great choice, the personal was insecure what to do, and it led to a very small arrangement of food. Apart from that, it was nice to eat.
