Agliolio A Fresh Take On Italian

This was my first time trying this restaurant as I thought I would give then the benefit of the doubt. I'm not a fan of most Italian restaurants because it is never authentic Italian food, but I gave Agliolio a chance and I do regret going here. Between the service and the food, I'm not sure which one was worse. The customer service was so bad they left a bad first impression. I was told my food was ready when I arrived, but the staff had me waiting for over 10 minutes while they were trying to figure out which food belonged to who. On top of that, most of the staff were on their phones. Now with the food, it was not up to par. You would think that the food would taste spectacular for that high price but that was not the case. I won't be returning here.

Seven of us enjoyed a delicious, leisurely lunch here today. The appetizers, soups, and most importantly, all of the entrees, were excellent. The homemade pasta was, as always, perfection! Our server, KARSYN, was patient, friendly, and efficient. She is exceptional and made our experience that much more enjoyable. I couldn't thank her enough! This restaurant is the complete package: fine cuisine, great service, and a nice atmosphere.

Wow, if you want really good authentic food, fast service , attentive staff this is it. We were impressed, you would not think a place in a small mall would be good… We come to Wellington for the horses and appreciate the casual family atmosphere and we have been many times. We even spent Christmas Eve there tonight with our grand kids and was a success! Thank you.

The service and atmosphere are generally pleasing, giving off a very family-type vibe. Food is hot and fresh. Only complaint is the very common watery-ness of the sauces, usually as a result of improperly drained pasta. Still recommended nonetheless.

Is this what eggplant parmesan is supposed to look like? I watched 2 servers smell my plate before packing it to make sure it was the right order because they couldn’t recognize their own food. What happened to this place?
