This venue is a nice-size place for hosting a party, but I will NEVER return. The food was good, and the servers were courteous, but the management needs to take client requests more seriously. The manager, Mamun, provided excellent service initially, but once he was paid, he seemed to rush us throughout the event. We had a lot of leftovers since some guests didn’t show up, and another 20-25 people could have easily eaten the extra food. However, when we asked for take-home boxes, he only packed enough for 5-7 people and claimed he threw the rest away. When I spoke to one of the servers, they exchanged guilty looks and suggested I speak to the manager. I can't help but feel they might be sa...

Had one of my events here. I am giving 3 stars because I was forced to buy 150 plates because the manager said there is no way he will book the venue for 100 guests only. At the end 80 people (including kids) were at this event. Our food tasted much better on the day we tasted the menu. Also didn’t follow my instructions on appetizers but it was overall not bad on the food. The staff that served at my event was good and kind. The stage was decorated well enough I think (still not sure if that worth a $1000). My husband and I talked about leaving a nice tip for the staff at all our events and we were not able to do that at this venue bc we paid so much extra on the plates for guests I didn’t...

Overall, the food at this restaurant was disappointing compared to other Indian establishments in Queens. The prices were steep given the mediocre quality of the dishes. The chicken in the chicken tikka biryani raised some concerns. They charged $15 for just four pieces of paneer tikka and $12 for papadum, which were served without being ordered. The food was of much higher quality when the restaurant was known as Rajdhani. Although they do have a spacious area for events, there are better dining options nearby for lunch or dinner.

This is my third time eating at Agra Palace. They were very attentive and considerate of my children's needs. It felt like I was being waited on as a VIP. The food was seasoned exceptionally well and I enjoyed the flavors. The owner even came to introduce himself and gather feedback. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be attending again in the near future. A Réservez une table maintenant

The place atmosphere was good and family oriented. However, food was not acceptable grade. Appetizer was good but the main course was terrible. And so the service. They started pulling out our dishes while we were not finished yet. The service people were not even asking if we were still eating or not.Food: 1/5

I recently sampled the lunch box special at this restaurant, which is only $10. The portion size was quite generous, offering great value for the price. The food was decent, though not exceptional. Nonetheless, I believe the lunch special is worth it, and I will definitely return for it whenever possible.

Very nice place for medium size marriages and parties. Place has everything you need and nicely decorated hall with nice lighting fixtures. Parking in Queens NY is always a problem. We loved the food and services by the restaurant management. We attended a marriage reception recently.

The food is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. It's the best Bengali party hall in Queens. Manager Mamun is very engaged and demonstrates great leadership skills, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. His service is excellent. Réservez une table maintenant

ALWAYS delicious. I moved away a year ago and still think about this place. I had a friend in the area today pick me up some of their kofta, rice, naan, and pickles. Wishing I had more now!!
