Aunque el personal es muy muy amable (con especial mención a la Directora del Hotel y a Nico de la Casa de la Pau que son un 10) en general por lo que pagamos, ni la habitación (que precisamente no era de las básicas) ni algunos detalles del servicio propio de este perfil de hoteles, nos falló. Je serais tenté de dire que si la perfection existe, nous l'avons presque rencontré à faustino gran il y a toujours à dire sur un ou deux détails, mais vraiment, cet établissement est à recommander, le personnel est si agréable, toujours présent mais sans s'imposer, la tranquillité de l'endroit, situé au cœur des ruelles du centre de la vieille ville, jardins magnifiquement entretenus et piscines, décoration étudiée. Bref, cet ancien palais du 16ème siècle est un véritable petit palais ! El restaurante forma parte de un hotel situado en un palacete en el centro de Ciutadella. Llegamos para comer tarde y sin reserva, aún así amabilísima recepción por parte del personal de la sala. El jardín es una maravilla con todo cuidado al detallle. La comida fue de 10, tanto por la calidad del producto como por su ejecución. La gamba roja simplemente espectacular. Relación calidad precio acorde al tipo de establecimiento,servicio y al producto que ofrecen.

Hemos ido a cenar al restaurante, reservamos una mesa en terraza y nos hemos ido encantados. Un ambiente mágico amenizado por una pianista encantadora, el servicio muy amable y la comida riquísima. Si bien es cierto que no es un sitio económico, es una muy buena opción si os entra en el presupuesto.
charming hotel, beautiful decoration. the staff tried us luxury and always attentive to any unforeseen, pressed by the workers. the great food, in our case the half board was good. We knew the island and wanted to rest without having to worry about finding a restaurant for dinner.
