Glendora location: Poor Service, poor servings. I was craving the grilled salmon and I?ve been going to the West Covina location once a week for about a month now. I was close to the Glendora location so I thought it would be the same since it?s the samecompany. Well I was wrong. Everything was just different. Terrible customer service and it wasn?t even busy! So I just went here and ordered three simple spicy tuna wraps that were pretty good but the service put bad taste in my mouth ... only two severs were there, a young man and young lady. The young man was very pleasant BUT young lady was almost pissed that I ordered three wraps... ok..? I'm sorry?!? Made me feel weird for ordering. So after she made them she walked over to me with a big attitude and very swiftly, quickly and rudely put my order on the table and didn't say anything and walked away! I don't expect much and I hardly leave reviews but wasn't expecting to get treated like that ... please do better! If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. While I understand that prices need to reflect the cost of food and other expenses, cutting portion sizes without adjusting the menu is simply not acceptable. I paid $18 (tax included) for a large bowl, yet I only received the amount that should have come with a small one. I'm okay with paying the price, but if I don’t get what I ordered, it’s not worth it to me. I expressed my concerns, but the owners completely disregarded them. I have been a loyal customer for years, even going out of my way for an extra 15 minutes to dine here, but that's no longer the case. It’s unfortunate to say, but I just can’t justify returning anymore.

I ordered a 3 Scoop Poke Bowl with just lettuce and enjoyed the flavor of the food. However, I noticed that prices have increased, and the amount of salad I received was quite disappointing. The portions seem mismatched with the pricing. My husband’s bowl also had brown rice, but even that was scarce. Considering that brown rice and salad must be among their least expensive ingredients, I expected larger portions. The photos show that they barely filled the bottom of the plate. I’ll likely start searching for another spot for my poke bowls.
This is a fantastic restaurant! I really enjoy their food and have visited many times. Their spicy tuna and tuna Lūʻau are particularly outstanding. This time, I tried the spam musubi, and it was amazing—both affordable and tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant; you definitely need to give it a try at least once!

I absolutely love this place! I ordered a poke salad, opting to skip the rice to reduce carbs, and also got a chicken salad. The great thing is that you can add all the same toppings to the chicken salad as you would in a poke bowl, which is perfect since my wife doesn’t eat fish.
